Bratislava, Slovenská republika
A short train journey south from Prague took me to Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic. Bratislavia sits on the Danube and borders Austria and Hungary. First order of business was working out how to get a public transport ticket and the timetable to take me out to Devín Castle, the ruin of a 9th century castle. Bratislava seemed to be a much smaller city than Prague and had a lot less tourists wandering around.
